Developing healthier, happier children and encouraging good sportsmanship and exploring many fun way to improve our health and fitness.

My name is Melissa Charlton, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Learn To Swim Teacher and KidsFitness Coach.
My mission is to improve and educate our children on the benefits of physical activity and nutrition. Together we will explore many fun ways to improve our health and fitness through a 1hour fun themed fitness session specifically designed for 5-12 year olds that includes boot camps/ circuits with obstacle courses, games and team building fitness challenges and physical educational sessions on nutrition and healthier lifestyle choices.
I have 10 years experience in the Fitness industry and have completed the approval accrediting course which involves learning about early childhood development, communication skills for this specific age group and principles of physical activity for children.
KidsFitness has been proudly running successfully for 4 years at My Fitness Club, Sippy Downs, I encourage you to reach your fitness goals by using the gym faculties while your children are participating in KidsFitness.
